When shopping at VannyBean, you might order items that come from several different places. No worries, though, although arrival time of each item might differ, your shipping costs will not.
Exceptional Shipping Costs
*Some large items at VannyBean require the use of freight carriers rather than common carrier, requiring us to charge for shipping per the manufacturer's instructions. You will be made aware of these additional shipping costs before purchasing.
Lead Time and Availability
Most items ship within 3-15 business days. For orders to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii, orders ship within 7-20 days. If you are in need of a specific lead time, please contact us before placing the order. Lead times are only an estimate, rather than a contract and should be regarded so accordingly. Factors such as manufactuers' circumstances can lead to shipping delays, especially during high volume shopping times.
Definition of Freight Delivery Options
Standard/Curbside: Delivery to address, outside residence.
Inside: Deliver packages beyond the residential threshold.
White Glove: Deliver inside residence and remove packing materials.
Shipping Specials
VannyBean occasionally offers shipping specials. The cost of shipping specials will be calculated during the ordering and checkout process. VannyBean reserves the right to cancel any Special Shipping Offer relating to shipping at any time and without notice.
Store Policies
Returns
At VannyBean, we understand that ordering online might be tricky. We will happily refund you for an item you have purchased from us up to 30 days, as long as it is accompanied with a receipt and in perfect condition, with packaging intact. And within 60 days, we happily issue a store credit.
If you need to return something to us, it must be pre-authorized by calling 1-800-513-5909, or (515) 333-1213 at which time we will inform you of the return shipping address. Otherwise, returns will not be processed. Note that returns may be subject to a 20%-50% restocking fee and any shipping costs.
The following items are non-returnable unless defective from the manufacturer.

Opened bedding items
In returning items, please be certain to properly package them and ship them using an insured shipping method. Costs of returned items are the customers' responsibility and Vannybean, LLC is not liable for returned items lost in transit.
Damage Claims
Claims for damaged items must be done within 3 business days of delivery, otherwise will not be processed, per manufactuer's policy. Many items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, so it is necessary for you, the customer, to inspect your items immediately upon delivery.
Note any damages done with the shipper and report any damage claim to Vannybean, LLC at 1-800-513-5909. The customer is responsible for providing a digital image with his/her claim for his/her protection. Be certain to keep the original box, all damaged packaging materials and the inside contents. Otherwise, Vannybean, LLC may not be able to process the claim.
Warranties
Products are covered under warranty by their manufacturer. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have questions about the warranty of a specific product or need to make a warranty claim at customerservice@vannybean.com .
Order Cancellation
As long as most items are not being shipped en route, we will gladly process your cancellation. Please note that furniture, rugs, made-to-order or custom made items cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.

It is crucial to provide accurate shipping information when checking out an order with Vannybean, LLC. Any charges or losses incurred as a result of inaccurate information or inability to reach the customer is the customer's responsibility.
